This conceptual design project raises awareness about atherosclerosis, often referred to as the “silent killer.” Drawing inspiration from avant-garde composer John Cage and his iconic work 4'33", the campaign explores the paradox of silence—where nothing appears to happen, yet everything does. The visual centerpiece is a black French horn, distorted and organic in form, symbolizing human arteries. The absence of sound in Cage’s symphony becomes an analogy for the silent progression of the disease, which often manifests without symptoms until it’s too late. The muted instrument represents blocked arteries—unable to “play,” much like how atherosclerosis silently restricts blood flow. METRO station performance - silent symphony.
